The Strategy:
Lindt, a well-established brand in the Chinese market, aims to create excitement by offering limited editions exclusive to certain regions via cross border ecommerce into China. Our key focus is securing swift contract approvals to meet tight deadlines, allowing us to launch one SKU initially and subsequently expand the product range.
